Kaneb Faculty Fellow, Michael T. Niemier is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Professor Niemier is the recipient of an IBM Faculty Award, the best paper award at the IEEE Symposium on Nanoscale Architectures (2009), and the Joyce Award for excellence in teaching (2014).
