Description
 Participants will be presented with three scenarios in which student diversity (gender, race, religion, culture) surprises an educator with unfortunate results.  Together we will explore pathways through these scenarios and consider best and worst options for navigating situations when difference challenges our assumptions about teaching and learning, students and ourselves.
