Computer Science and Engineering
Ramzi Bualuan is an Associate Professional Specialist and a member of the faculty of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Professor Bualuan is also the CSE department's Director of Undergraduate Studies. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering (EE) from the American University of Beirut, and his M.S. in EE from the University of Notre Dame.
Professor Bualuan has been a member of the ND faculty for 25 years. He has taught many courses, including Databases, Advanced Database Projects, C/C++ Programming, Fundamentals of Computing I, Basic Unix for Engineers, and Visual Effects.
A multiple recipient of the CSE Dept Teaching Award, professor Bualuan has also received the Kaneb Award, the College of Engineering Outstanding Teaching Award, and the Dockweiller Award for Advising.
