Description: Participants in this workshop will discuss strategies for effectively applying social justice practices to college-level teaching. We will practice techniques that can be used in a variety of courses and will consider how education can be used to generate positive social change.
Learning Goals:

After successfully completing this workshop you will be able to:

  • discuss social justice issues in the context of higher education.
  • apply social justice practices and pedagogies to your teaching.
