Dominique Vargas is a PhD candidate in English and an Americanist studying embodiment and performance in contemporary writing by women. At Notre Dame, she teaches courses in Writing and Rhetoric, English Literature, and Gender Studies.

In addition to serving as a Graduate Associate for the ND Learning | Kaneb Center, she is also an officer for the English Graduate Student Association; a fellow with the Institute for Latino Studies; and an organizer for the Institute for Latino Studies’ interdisciplinary graduate student working group.
