Description: | Creating an optimal learning environment often involves a shift toward student-centered teaching & learning interactions. In this workshop, we will briefly consider a number of active learning structures that instructors can implement to increase meaningful student participation & engagement. Participants will take part in demonstrations of several engaged learning activities and leave with an arsenal of techniques, tips, and tricks for creating interactive class periods. |
