Job Search Strategies


The purpose of this workshop is to learn about the available resources for locating positions as postdoctoral researchers and professors. There will also be time for questions and discussion regarding different types of institutions and positions.

Learning Goals:

After successfully completing this workshop you will be able to:

  • identify the main locations for job postings.
  • recognize examples of institutions that align most with your academic goals (R1 vs. T1, size, location, etc…)
